Mark Grimaldi has been committed to providing legal services in Colorado since becoming an attorney in 2013. He is from the area, having grown up in Longmont, Colorado, before attending the University of Colorado at Boulder for college. After getting a business degree from CU, Mark went to law school at Temple University. At the same time, he worked for a full-service law firm in downtown Philadelphia and was on the staff of the Political and Civil Rights Law Review.

After law school, Mark Grimaldi moved back to Colorado and began working as a Deputy District Attorney for Boulder County, a position he held for seven years. During that time, Mark tried a variety of cases, including misdemeanor and felony offenses; DUI; Domestic Violence; Drug Offenses; White-Collar Cases; Organized Crime; Sexual Offenses; and Homicide.

Mark was also able to get an in-depth look at the process behind drug investigations by serving as the District Attorney liaison to the Boulder County Drug Task Force, and was also one of the original members of the state’s first Conviction Integrity Unit, seeking to protect against wrongful conviction. Mark now uses his many years of courtroom experience and his work with law enforcement to help his clients get the best results possible.
